The postdocs will be involved in the running researches at the MEG, with specific focus on two projects. The first one, WARFARE, is intended to produce super high quality wastewater to be use for irrigation of top quality vegetables to be sold ready to be eaten (IV grade vegetables), with a focus on the abatement of AB resistances. The second (AQST) will evaluate the impact of a massive project of lake restoration to be performed on on Lake Varese (removal of P by transfer of millions of liters of water from the deep anoxic layers) in terms of resistome, pathobiome and overall microbiome of the restored lake, of its effluent and of Lake Maggiore where the river goes at the end.
